"For the love of money is a root to all kinds of evil, which some, stretching after,
have been seduced away from the faith and have pierced themselves with many sorrows."
(1 Timothy 6:10)
During his meeting with President Donald Trump at the White House today,
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu apologized to Qatari Prime
Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani for Israel's recent strike on
his nation that killed a Qatari service member and violated Qatari sovereignty.
According to a report in The Times Of Israel, it is possible that Israel may
pay compensation to the family of the guard killed in the raid.
The Times also reports that Netanyahu's apology is central to the current
effort to finalize a deal to end the war in Gaza and secure the release of all
hostages since Qatar has been refusing to mediate negotiations with Hamas
since the Israeli strike, which targeted but failed to kill several of the
terrorist groups' leaders in Doha.
During the three way phone call, Benjamin Netanyahu vowed
that such an air strike would never happen again.
Was the Qatari leader then prompted to apologize to Netanyahu for protecting
the leadership of Hamas in the first place? Did he express regret over and
and apologize to Israel for the massacre of over 1900 Israeli citizens-men,
women, children and babies- and for the taking of over 250 hostages
by Hamas terrorists nearly two years ago?
Did he further express remorse over the hundreds of courageous IDF soldiers
who have lost their lives defending their people and nation in an ongoing
conflict which they did not start? Of course not!
Businessman Trump is apparently so bedazzled by the trillion dollar nest egg
on which the nation of Qatar sits-the intoxicating "wine of Babylon"- a.k.a
oil, that it seems to have slipped his mind that this revenue not only shelters
the head honchos of Hamas in the lap of luxury, but has sent billions of funds
to America's colleges and universities so ignorant, self-entitled useful idiots
can hold protests, spewing anti-Israel, pro-Hamas slogans, while chasing
and attacking Jewish students on campus. Oh, and let's not forget the maps
of the Middle East, courtesy of America's 'friend' and 'ally' Qatar, sent to
public schools in New York and Texas. Maps that show no Israel.
Furthermore, you believe that the ultimate goal of your 20-point peace plan will
bring 'eternal peace" to the Middle East? Perhaps you should instead seriously
consider the eternal consequences of dividing God's land, Mr. President.
