In this eye-opening documentary, the host of Power of Wisdom provides valuable insight
into another intriguing mystery from the Bible regarding the confrontation between
the Archangel Michael, the defender of Israel, and Satan, the master deceiver, and
god of this world, who sought hard to claim the body of Moses after he died in Moab.
Why? What was the enemy's intentions here? In a single word: Deception!
"Islam is the most sinister powerful force opposing the truth of God
at work in the world today."
-Derek Prince
In this powerful teaching, "The Enemies We Face" Bible teacher Derek Prince
(1915-2003) provides background information to better understand the ongoing
spiritual war behind the scenes of the latest conflict between Israel and Iran, and
the increasing rise of Antisemitism in the world today.
Antisemitism = Antichrist.
In May, 1948 when Israel arose from the ashes of the European Holocaust
to take her place among the nations of the world as the first Jewish State, only
two countries in the Middle East acknowledged her existence: non-Arab Iran
(Persia) and non-Arab Turkey. You would never know this today!
However, I believe in the sure promises of Almighty God, and He will one day
restore the fortunes of Persia, and reconnect the deep, spiritual ties between
Israel and Iran just as the prophet Jeremiah foresaw thousands of years ago:
"And I will set My throne in Elam (Persia), and will destroy from thence the king and
princes. Yet in the last days, I will restore the fortunes of Elam ," declares the LORD.
(Jeremiah 49:38-39)
"The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who turn from transgression,"
declares the LORD. "As for Me, this is My covenant with them," says the LORD.
"My Spirit will not depart from your mouth or from the mouths of your
children and grandchildren, from now on and forevermore."
(Isaiah 59:20-21)
"And so all Israel shall be saved: As it is written, There shall come out of Zion
the Deliverer and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob."
(Romans 11:26)
"A mystery is made known. Blindness in part happened to Israel, until the
fullness of the Gentiles be come in. The fullness of the Gentiles means, the full
number of the saved, gathered out from among the Gentiles, who constitute the
church, the body of Christ. And when the body is joined to the Head in glory,
the time of the coming of the Lord for His Saints (Thessalonians 4:17)
the Lord will turn again to Israel.
All Israel, that is, all Israel living in the day will be saved, when the Deliverer
comes out of Zion (Isaiah 59:20; Psalm 14:7). It is the second, visible, personal,
and glorious coming of the Lord. He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob and
take away their sins. Between the coming of the Lord for the Saints, who will
meet Him in the air, and His coming in great power and glory, are the days of
Jacob's trouble, when the nation will have to pass through the fires of the
tribulation and the wicked among Israel will be cut off.
And, after He comes and has taken away their sins, all the great prophecies of
Israel's earthly glory will be fulfilled. (Romans 11:33-36). A doxology closes the
dispensational section of this epistle. What depths of riches, both of wisdom and
knowledge of God, in His merciful dealings with Gentiles and the Jews! How
unsearchable His judgments! How untraceable His ways! For of Him and
through Him and to Him are all things to whom glory be forever. Amen."
-Gaebelein's Annotated Bible
About 10 years ago, a curious news story popped up on my computer one day.
It claimed that members of ISIS were attempting to dam up the Euphrates
River in Iraq in order to prevent angels from coming up out of the earth.
At first I ignored the report, but later on, I decided I should print it out
for future reference. I found the report had not only vanished from
my news feed, but from off the Internet as well.
In more recent days, I have often thought about that unusual report,
especially with the explosion of renewed interest in the origin of the
biblical Nephilim, or the giants mentioned in the Book of Genesis,
and their connection to the fallen Watcher angels. Just this morning,
the following in-depth, biblically-based documentary concerning one
of the most mysterious prophecies from the Book of Revelation
appeared on my YouTube account.
I decided to post this report about the four angels, whom the Bible
declares are chained below the Euphrates River, and which,
at the appointed time, will be released from their captivity
as part of God's final judgment, the forthcoming Tribulation,
on an unbelieving and wicked world.
"In The Air....
"For if we believe that Yeshua died and arose, in this way also God shall bring with
Him those who have fallen asleep in Yeshua. Because our Lord shall descend from
Heaven with a command and with the
voice of the Archangel and with the trumpet
blast of God, and the dead
who are in The Messiah shall rise first; And then we who
remain, who have life, we shall be carried away with
them together in clouds to a
meeting of our Lord in the air, and in this
way, we shall always be with Our Lord."

Jesus, in speaking of John the Baptist in this Scripture verse called him,
"a lamp that burned and gave light."-John 5:35 .
Wherever he went, John was a shining light, pointing others to Jesus Christ.
Throughout the centuries, many people have been shining lights for Jesus Christ.
Today we are living in a world filled with spiritual darkness. People all about us
are groping for something to bring light into their darkened lives. God has entrusted
to us the ministry of being a shining light for Jesus Christ, the Light of the world.
Paul wrote that we are, "children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved
generation in which you shine like stars in the universe." -Philippians 2:15 . He doesn't
place all of us in the same place to shine. Some may be called to shine in faraway
places; others in their families, neighborhoods, and places of business.
Sometimes we are in such a dark place we think our small light cannot be seen.
I remember the first time we visited Carlsbad Caverns. When we reached the
deepest section, they turned off all of the lights. We experienced a darkness that
could almost be felt. Suddenly, in the distance, a light came on. It seemed so small,
yet it shone brightly in the large area which had been dark just a moment before.
So Jesus, the Light of the world, shining through our lives, can bring light into
the darkness wherever He has placed us, even though we think our light very small.

"Each day offers new opportunities. There will be new choices to make, new decisions,
new avenues of service for the Lord. It may even be a day filled with heartache and pain,
a day filled with unsolved problems. How different our day will be if we begin with a
rejoicing spirit, knowing it has been entrusted to us by the Lord!"

Her concern for Christian women in all walks of life was reflected through her writing

The February, 1930 edition of Motion Picture News hailed the cartoon

This was especially true as many Americans were coping with

"The word of the Lord which came unto Zephaniah...in the days of Josiah,
son of Amon, king of Judah...
I will utterly consume all things from off the land, saith the Lord.
I will consume man and beast; I will consume the fowls of the heaven,
and the fishes of the sea, and the stumbling blocks with the wicked:
I will CUT OFF man from off the land, saith the Lord.
I will stretch out mine hand upon Judah, and upon all the inhabitants
of Jerusalem and I will CUT OFF the remnant of Baal from this place,
and the name of the Chemarins (idolatrous priests) with the priests;
And them that worship the host of heaven upon the housetops; and them that
worship and swear by the Lord, and that swear by Malchaim (Molech).
And them that are turned back from the Lord and those that have not
sought the Lord nor inquired for Him.
Hold thy peace at the presence of the Lord God; for the day of the Lord
is at hand; for the Lord hath prepared a sacrifice, He hath bid His guests.
And it shall come to pass in the day of the Lord's sacrifice, that I will punish
the princes and the king's children and all such as clothed with strange apparel.
In the same day also will I punish all those who leap on the threshold which
fill their masters' houses with violence and deceit."

Pray for our brothers and sisters of the underground Christian church in Iran,

Pray for unbelievers in Israel and Iran, in America, and around the world,

they will seek to know the One who alone can give them mercy, and pardon
for their sins, and eternal life, through His precious shed blood.

We pray, Lord Jesus, for our President.
We are deeply concerned that he may know the will of God,
and that he may have the spiritual courage and grace to follow it.
Deliver him, we pray, from all selfish considerations.
Lift him above the claims of politics.
Fill him with the Spirit of God that shall make him fearless
to seek, to know, to do the right.
Save him from friends who, in the name of politics or even friendship
would persuade him from that holy path.
Strengthen and empower his advisers.
Bring them, too, to their knees in prayer.
May their example and their influence spread, that we,
in these United States, may have a government of men
who know Thee, the Almighty God, as their Friend, and
who place Thy will first in their lives as well as in their prayers.
Hear and answer, we pray Thee,
forgiving us all our unworthiness;
cleansing us from every ignoble thought and unworthy ambition,
that we may be renewed in spirit and mind and heart,
through Jesus Christ our Lord
Amen.

June flung her flag out
Shining wet with dew,-
Red and white the clover
And a sky of blue!
June sang a song to the flag of the free,
The wind caught the music and sang it to the tree,
The sky caught the music and sang it 'cross the sea;
The sea caught the music and flung it round the world;
Then a million flags like June's flag were instantly unfurled,
So sing on forever, O wind, and sky, and sea,
And wave on so forever, bright flag of the free!

If you do not already know, tomorrow is Flag Day. A time to honor the adoption
of the national flag of the United States by a resolution of the Second Continental
Congress on June 14, 1777. The Flag Resolution stated, "The flag of the thirteen
United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white, that the union be
thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation."
Since that time, that new constellation has grown to include 50 stars,
representing the 50 states of what has become the greatest
Constitutional Republic that the modern world has ever seen.
There is no nation on the face of the earth like the United States of America.
The stars and stripes of Old Glory represents the epitome of freedom
to millions of people here and around the world.
And yet, in more recent days, you would never know this.
In the past weeks, we have seen our flag desecrated in the streets of Los Angeles,
spit on, stomped on, and set on fire to the cheers of angry mobs conducting what the
media repeatedly and falsely calls, "peaceful protests" over the Trump Administration's
enforcement of our nation's immigration policies, and the deportation
of mainly criminal illegal aliens.
I believe the worst of all affronts is seeing the flag of Mexico being
exalted over Old Glory and touted as the " new national flag of California".
This single initiative taken by these so-called, "peaceful protesters"
not only reveals woeful ignorance of our national history, but in
particular, the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo, which officially
ended the Mexican-American War of 1846-1848.
In the terms of the treaty, Mexico agreed to cede to the United States the
land which later became the state of California, as well as the future states of
Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona, not to mention parts of Colorado
Wyoming, and Kansas, which would eventually be added to the Union.
Furthermore, the vile assault on our beautiful flag is a cruel slap in the
face to every member of our military, past and present, who has
honorably served this nation, in wartime and in peace, and
this includes my father, Anthony Brida Sr., who was
a veteran of the United States Marines Corps.
I'm not sure my Dad would even recognized the nation he once served
with honor, but I am certain that country music legend Johnny Cash's
singular tribute to the "Ragged Old Flag" would make him very proud!
Happy Father's Day in Heaven, Daddy! Semper Fi!
"And I set my face to the Lord God, to seek by prayer and supplications, with fasting,

that love Him, and to them that keep His commandments."

Do you see the Hebrew captive kneeling,
At morning, noon and night, to pray?
In his chamber he remembers Zion,
Though in exile far away.
Are your windows open toward Jerusalem,
Though as captives here, a "little while" we stay?
For the coming of the King in His glory
Are you watching day by day?
Do not fear to tread the fiery furnace,
Nor shrink the lion's den to share;
For the God of Daniel will deliver,
He will send His angel there.
Children of the Living God, take courage,
Your great deliverance sweetly sing,
Set your faces toward the hill in Zion,
Thence to hail your coming King.

In this classic allegorical painting, the door, overgrown with weeds and vines, has no
visible handle and can only be open from the inside, which according to the artist,
represents, "the obstinately shut mind" of fallen humanity.
The painting often referred to as the "sermon in a frame" was seen by
millions of people during a world tour in 1904, and has been considered to be
even more famous than the artistic works of the great Renaissance masters,
as it seemingly reflects the longing of those who seek to be at peace with, and
reconciled to God, which can only come by opening the door and allowing
the Lord Jesus Christ to step across the threshold and into our heart.
The first Full Moon marking the seasonal transition between Spring and Summer
called the Full Strawberry Moon, rose this morning at 3:44 AM EST and
will rise again tonight just after sunset around 9:27 PM.
In the Northern Hemisphere, it will be the lowest Full Moon of the year since 2006,
appearing to stay close to the horizon and will look larger than average.
This optical illusion will not occur again until the year 2043.
June's Full Moon marks the time when delicious red strawberries are harvested in
abundance and sold in grocery stores, farmer's markets and at your local road stand,
hence the name, "Strawberry Moon". It has nothing to do with the moon's color.
