On My Mind: The Real Reason For The Rise Of Lawlessness In America Today

Contrary to no mention of honoring and thanking God 
 for all our national blessings in the Usurper-in-Chief's speech
on the National Day of Prayer,
America is a nation which was founded
on the Judeo-Christian principles of the Holy Bible.

The first landers who washed ashore here
 at Cape Henry, Virginia in April, 1607 knew
that it could have only been an act of God
 which carried them across the unpredictable
waters of the Atlantic Ocean to the New World,
where they envisioned a new home
in a land where they could worship and honor
 God in spirit and in truth.

One of their first acts upon reaching dry land
 was erecting a seven foot wooden cross
 and dedicating the soil beneath their feet
 to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Thirteen years later in 1620,
another group of Christian refugees,
 whom came ashore in Massachusetts,
 also dedicated their lives in their
  new home to the Lord Jesus Christ.

This, my fellow Americans, is our real heritage.

The steadfast faith of these long ago strangers,
 whose names are now known only to God,
 is the reason why American has,
in the 244 years of our existence,
prospered like no other nation
 on the face of the earth.

When our founders wrote and established
 the laws and the US Constitution for
our nation, they were influenced
by the wisdom found in God's Word.
This is why, up until lately,
plaques of The Ten Commandments
 were found not only in courtrooms across 
 the land, but in schools and in churches.

Even citizens who are not Christians can see
  that where there is no regard for moral laws
  or a definitive knowledge of right and wrong, 
there can be no regard for civil laws.

This is what the godless communist entities
 working behind the scenes in politics and the media
 are hoping to accomplish as they send hordes of
their deceived, brain-washed followers
 into the streets to trash our cities and to destroy
historical monuments, while disrespecting
the police and law enforcement.

Although I think the 2020 election was stolen
 and that President Trump is still America's leader,
I truly believe that the only Person who can save our
nation is God Himself. 

 The question which remains in my mind is:

Will He?

 "Where there is no vision,
 redemptive revelation of God,
 the people perish."
(Proverbs 29:18).

Full Flower Blood Moon

 

This month's Full Flower Moon will be the last Super Moon of
the year and coincides with a total lunar eclipse!  During a total lunar eclipse,
the Moon is fully obscured by earth's shadow giving the moon a reddish cast.

Unfortunately for sky watchers on the East Coast, the full 
eclipse will be visible only from the western United States
as well as western South America, eastern Asia, and Oceania.

According to the Old Farmer's Almanac, the name "Full Flower Moon"
 should be no surprise as flowers spring forth across North America
in abundance at this time of the year.

In the tradition of my Cherokee ancestors this month's moon is called,
Ah-ni-Sgu-ti or "The Planting Moon".  

Cherokee farmers sowed seeds under "the putting it in the hole moon"
planting staples like corn, beans, squash, sweet potatoes,
and sunflowers in the field and garden. 

Another Cherokee tradition at this time is the annual Corn Dance.

On My Mind: A Word On The "Cease-Fire"

 

God's promise to the patriarch Abraham was very clear:
"I will bless those who bless you and curse those who curse or
use insolent language against you.  In you, (Israel), all the families
and kindred of the earth be blessed, and by you, will bless themselves."
(Genesis 12:3)

President Donald Trump was the first American leader in my lifetime
who not only openly declared Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel, but moved
our embassy there to prove it.  When that new embassy was opened,
NOT ONE DEMOCRAT was in attendance in Jerusalem to witness
this historic moment in US-Israel relations.

The current addle-brained usurper pretending to be President of the United States
was quick to re-instate US tax payer money not only to fund the "Palestinian Authority"
but also Hamas, which has made it all too clear who is really running the show in Gaza.
Meanwhile, we Americans who love and support the nation of Israel cringe at the
insults hurled by the arrogant, Somali-born, anti-America, anti-Israel Democrat
Congresswoman IIhan Omar, who openly supported the attacks on Israel and
condemned them for defending themselves. 
What a miserable disgrace and embarrassment!

However, neither she in her woeful ignorance, nor Biden's incoherent ramblings,
nor any other Democrat, or anyone else in the US Government for that matter,
are going to stop the plans of God from coming forth
 regarding His chosen people and nation.

Only three years after WWII, the modern day state of Israel rose from the
ashes of the Holocaust to take her place among the nations of the world.
This miracle which arose in the desert sands of the Near East, " a nation
born in a day" (Isaiah 66:8) was a clear acknowledgement, not only of
God's love and mercy and faithfulness to His chosen people, but, was
perhaps the greatest fulfillment of biblical prophecy since the first
coming of the Messiah Yeshua.  

That there are still Jewish people on the earth today after centuries of
horrific persecution and attempts to annihilate them, further attests to
the plans and purposes of God.

President Harry Truman was one of the first western leaders to acknowledge
the new country. The only other nations of the Near East to recognize Israel were
non-Arab Turkey and non-Arab Persia (Iran).  Meanwhile, the Arab nations
surrounding Israel immediately declared war against them, and it has been
this way ever since, however, the fact that Israel has won every war since
its inception confirms the words of the Lord Himself as spoken
through the prophet Amos:

"And I will bring back the exiles of My people, Israel, and they shall
build the waste cities and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards and
drink the wine from them; they shall also make gardens and eat the fruit
of them.  And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more
be torn up out of their land which I gave them,
says the Lord your God."  (Amos 9:14-15)

Although a "cease-fire" has been declared, the conflict against God's
chosen people and nation will continue unabated until the return of Messiah
to rule the nations from Jerusalem.  And on that day, the enemies of the
Jewish people, who are actually the enemies of God,
will wish they had never been born.
