On My Mind: No Excuse For Whoopi's "Whoops!" Moment

As you may have already heard, actress Whoopi Goldberg was
recently suspended from ABC's obnoxious excuse for a talk show,
a.k.a. "The View" after claiming that the Holocaust wasn't about race.

"This is white people doing it to white people, so y'all gonna fight among
yourselves, Goldberg said, regarding the Holocaust. If you're going to do this,
then let's be truthful about it because the Holocaust isn't about race. It's not
about race.  It's about man's inhumanity to man."

Although she initially apologized for her open-mouth-insert-foot
comments on "The View"  Goldberg  later appeared on The Late Show
With Stephen Colbert to try and clarify her point of view.

How Whoopi Became Today's Hot Topic
On "The View"
The Late Show With Stephen Colbert
(February 2, 2022)

Before her appearance on The Late Show she had incurred the
ire of her co-hosts on The View when she stated, "These are two
groups of white people. You're missing the point. The minute
you turn it into race, it goes down this alley."

And what 'alley' is that, Ms. Goldberg?

Could it be the twisted tunnel vision of an insincere callous bigot?

While the Holocaust was indeed an example of man's inhumanity to man,
it was definitely about race.  Adolf Hitler's genocidal policies against the
Jewish people sent millions of innocent human beings to perish in
death camps across Europe during World War II.

As a well-known, Oscar-winning actress and celebrity host of a
daily television program, Whoopi should have known better.

To glibly pare this horrible chapter in human history
down to a matter of the shared skin pigmentation between
the oppressors and the victims is not only outrageous, but
her excuses for what she said only reveals her underlining
animosity towards the white race, not to mention her
pathetic ignorance of what happened during the Holocaust.

Whoopi is not the only mouthpiece for the political Far Left,
as you can see by the display of obsequious flattery she received
on the Colbert program, and from her co-hosts on The View, who
quickly forgot the initial anger they felt over her careless remarks,
and now claim she was misunderstood and therefore
unfairly suspended from the show by the network.

Whoopi's "Whoops!" Moment fits in all too well with the
equally disturbing narrative of  CRT, or Critical Race Theory,
being pushed by liberal educators in public school
 classrooms across America today.

Impressionable children are being subjected to malicious
indoctrination, which primarily focuses on shaming white
children with a false sense of guilt over all the past evils
against non-whites in our "systemically racist" nation.

Meanwhile, black and other non-white children are being fed the lie
that they will always be victims, and therefore will never be able
to accomplish anything worthwhile for themselves due to the
deeply entrenched forces of "white privilege" in our society.

CRT is actually Marxist-designed propaganda being used to
divide America, and especially white and black people, along
racial and social lines.  As with Hitler's racial edicts against the
Jews, it is rooted in ignorance and fear, but especially, in hate.

In an article published in this month's issue of Imprimis,
a publication of Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan
College President Larry P. Arnn wrote:

"Being taught alongside CRT is a distorted view of the history of
our country, which true enough has its warts, but which surely
has its glories as well-including glories about equal rights
regardless of race.  Between fighting the armies of the
English monarchs, the Confederacy, the Nazis, the
communists, and Islamic terrorists, something near a
million Americans have died for the cause of equal rights.
These Americans have come in all colors."
