"Whatever is your task, work at it heartily from the soul,
as something done for the Lord and not for men."
(Colossians 3:23)

"Happiness involves not letting the things we can't have, don't have,
and shouldn't have spoil our enjoyment of the things we can and do have.
A lesson is learning to be happy without the things we cannot or ought not have."
-Emma Byler

Recipe For Happiness

2 heaping cups of patience

2 hearts full of love

1 dash of laughter

2 hands full of generosity

1 head full of understanding

1 tbsp. courtesy

Mix well with humility.  Sprinkle generously with kindness and plenty of faith.
Spread over a lifetime.  Serve to family, friends, and strangers.

"For the rest, brethren, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of reverence
and is honorable and seemly, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever
is lovely and loveable, whatever is kind and winsome and gracious, if
there is any virtue and excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise,
think on and weigh and take account of these things, fix your mind on them."
(Philippians 4:8)

I would like to thank everyone who looks at my blog for taking
the time to read my daily posts.  I really appreciate it!

May you all have a very beautiful and blessed New Year!
