Corn, beans, and squash were grown together and often
called "The Three Sisters" by early American Indian tribes.
Not only was this an ingenious way to grow vegetables, but,
corn, beans, and squash make a hearty and delicious succotash!
Thanks to Jon from Townsends for showing us how to make
this classic dish from the 18th century!
