Throughout world history, God has allowed leaders to rise and rule nations.
It does not mean He approves of them or the laws they create for their societies.
For instance, the extreme legislation allowing abortion right up until birth,
which was signed into law last year by Governor Andrew Cuomo of New York.
He calls it "protecting a woman's right to choose".
God calls it murder.
