Tonight's Full Pink Super Moon will reach peak illumination
at 11:33 pm EST according to the folks at the Old Farmer's Almanac.
The best viewing time of this extra large and lovely spring moon
will be just as Luna rises above the eastern horizon
where she'll appear golden in color.
Hope the moon is visible where you're at!

Above the tower a lone, twice-sized moon.
On the cold river passing night-filled homes.
It scatters restless gold across the waves.
On mats it shines richer than silken gauze.
Empty peaks, silence: among sparse stars,
Not yet flawed, it drifts. Pine and cinnamon
Spreading in my old garden...All light,
All ten thousand miles at once in it's light.
Not yet flawed, it drifts. Pine and cinnamon
Spreading in my old garden...All light,
All ten thousand miles at once in it's light.
