Flashback Friday: I Wanna Hold Your Hand

 

On this week back in 1964, their first performance on "The Ed Sullivan Show"

changed the lives of the four lads from Liverpool and America forever.

At 8:00 pm on February 9, 1964 a reported 73 million Americans

gathered in front of their televisions to see The Beatles

 first live appearance on U.S. soil.   

Beatlemania and the Second British Invasion were in full swing!
