February's Full Snow Moon will reach peak illumination at 1:30 P.M. (EST) today.
However, the best time to see lovely Luna in all her spectacular winter beauty will
be later tonight when she will drift above the horizon, reaching her highest
point in the night sky around midnight.

According to Space.com, this will be the smallest full moon of the year
thanks to it's current position in orbit. Luna's distance from Earth
will give her the appearance of a "micromoon" - a perfectly round
spotlight illuminating the dark landscape with silvery moonglow.
🌝Hope the skies are clear where you're at tonight!🌝
