JBS: Bill Of Rights /Fifth And Sixth Amendment

"The Fifth and Sixth Amendments of the Bill of Rights deals with
general jurisprudence.  The 5th is best known for the fact that a person
cannot be compelled to testify against himself without reprisal.
The 5th Amendment sets the stage for the 6th Amendment where
a person has the right to a fair and speedy trial.
Join Arthur R. Thompson as he examines both amendments
and why they are so important."
