In the fall of 1978, I was beginning my freshman year in Gloucester Catholic High School.
Disco music was all the rage, especially after TV sweathog John Travolta danced his way
to international stardom in the blockbuster film, "Saturday Night Fever" the previous year.
Several of the songs from the motion picture soundtrack were big hits in 1978 for the
Australian pop band, the Bee Gees, which included "Night Fever" and "Stayin' Alive"
and the beautiful love theme from the movie, "How Deep Is Your Love"
which won the Grammy for Best Pop Performance that year.
