Always Remember, Never Forget.

On that terrible morning  23 years ago today,

regardless of  politics, religion, race, economic

or social status, in our mutual shock and sorrow,

for one brief, shining moment, we were all Americans.

e pluribus unum.  Out of many, one.

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"Except the Lord builds the house, they labor in vain who build it;
except the Lord keeps the city, the watchman wakes but in vain."
(Psalm 127:1)

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"Guard against the impostures of pretended patriotism."
-President George Washington

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"A Constitution of Government once changed from Freedom,
can never be restored.  Liberty, once lost, is lost forever."
-President John Adams

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"Restricted immigration is not an offensive but purely a defensive
action.  It is not adopted in criticism of others in the slightest degree,
but solely for the purpose of protecting ourselves. We cast no aspersions
on any race or creed, but we must remember that every object of our
institutions of society and government will fail
unless America be kept American."
-President Calvin Coolidge

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"Without God, there could be no American form of Government,
nor an American way of life.  Recognition of the Supreme Being is
the first-the most basic- expression of Americanism. Thus, the
Founding Fathers saw it, and thus, with God's help it will continue to be."
-President Dwight Eisenhower

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"The cost of freedom is always high, but Americans have always
paid it.  And one path we shall never choose, and that
is the path of surrender or submission."
-President John F. Kennedy

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"We must always remember that America is a great nation today
not because of what government did for people but because of what
people did for themselves and one another."
-President Richard Nixon

Always Remember, Never Forget.

"I've said before I believe this land was set aside in an uncommon way,
that some divine plan must have placed this continent here between
two oceans to be founded by people from every corner of the Earth,
but who had one thing in common, and that was a special love
of faith and freedom and peace."
-President Ronald Reagan.
