Host Colin Heaton recounts the summer of 1683, when the fate of Europe
hung in the balance as the powerful Ottoman Empire laid siege to the city
of Vienna, Austria.  With over 100,000 soldiers camped at it's gates, it
looked like the heart of Christian Europe would fall. What unfolded
was one of the most dramatic and decisive battles in world history.

It seems like most of Europe today has forgotten this historic battle!
