This past Tuesday we took a trip down to the beautiful zoo in Cape May County
as a special birthday treat for my oldest son, Daniel. The fickle weather of
spring provided a mostly sunny day, although a bit on the cool side, with
a brisk wind blowing in off the nearby ocean. It has been exactly one
year since our last trip to the zoo, which serves as a wildlife sanctuary for
some of the world's most endangered animals. My favorite exhibit are the
Asian Snow Leopards, which my son captured on his cell phone camera
in the middle of one of their daily grooming sessions. Enjoy!
