President Trump & The Ending The Department Of Education

"Blessed are the people whose God is Lord Jehovah: the people whom
He has chosen for His inheritance."
(Psalm 33:12)

We are a government of the people, by the people, for the people...and We the People
do not need a "Ministry of Truth" a.k.a. a federal Department of Education, which, like
in George Orwell's "1984" has been actively promoting three slogans: "War is Peace"
(The war on Jesus Christ and America's Judeo-Christian heritage, the unequivocal
support for radical, Marxist or extreme left-wing groups like Antifa and Black
Lives Matter).  "Freedom is Slavery" let "Big Brother" (the government) control
and decide what is best for your life.)  "Ignorance is Strength" (the promotion of
evil ideologies like Critical Race Theory, DEI, the human soul destroying promotion
of LGBTQ, transgenderism, abortion, and the occult.)

We need to take back our education system and allow tax payers in each state to
decide what their children need to learn-reading, writing, and basic arithmetic-for starters.

Penmanship.  Do you know that there are kids in college who cannot
sign their names in cursive writing?

Real American History. Some of the best history books I have ever read
about America's history is the three volume series written by
Dr. Peter Marshall Jr  and David Manuel entitled:

"The Light and The Glory"; "From Sea To Shining Sea" and "Sounding Forth
The Trumpet", subtitled, "God's Plan For America".

Learning to have respect for America's flag and about the generations
of men and women who gave all so that we can remain a free nation
 is also very important.

I think the book , "Unbroken" by Laura Hillenbrand,
the story of WWII veteran Louie Zamperini,  should be
required reading for Juniors and Seniors in high school.

In recent years, even the mention of the name Jesus Christ in public schools could
bring a lawsuit, and yet, many schools in my home state of New Jersey have
taught classes about Islam.

I am not opposed to children learning about the tenets of world religions.

However, Islam has never played any part whatsoever in the founding of America,
no matter what the privileged ignoramuses whom stormed across college
and university campuses this  past summer, in support of Hamas,
while demonizing Israel, have been led to believe.

They should further be aware that in the April of 1607, a group of bedraggled, storm-tossed
survivors of a voyage across the Atlantic Ocean from England came ashore in what is now
Cape Henry, Virginia.  One of their first acts upon reaching dry land again was to drop to
their knees and give thanks and praise to Almighty God.  They later erected a seven foot
wooden cross near the landing site and dedicated their new home to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Some thirteen years later, in 1620, another group of pilgrims came ashore in what
would one day be the state of Massachusetts.  They too, through the Mayflower Compact,
honored the sovereign God of the Holy Bible for their safe arrival to their new home.
These first landers, many of whose names are now known only to God, were the true
founders of what would one day become The United States of America.

Although we have become a melting pot of different races, religions, and cultures,
only in America have people from all parts of the world been truly unhindered to
live their lives and worship freely-until recently-with increasing and cruel
attacks on Jewish Americans.  Our children need to learn and to understand
what the first-landers knew.  That apart from acknowledging and honoring
the Almighty God of the Bible in our lives, and allowing His laws to shape
our society, our nation will not survive.

In the words of President Ronald Reagan: "If we ever forget that we are
one nation under God, then we will be a nation gone under."
