Wednesday's Word: El Gibbor/"Mighty God"

 

 

 

 "O LORD, God of our fathers, are You not the God who is in heaven, and do You
not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations?  Power and might are in Your hand,
and no one can stand against you."
(2 Chronicles 20:6)

 "For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the government will be
upon His shoulders.  And He will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace."
(Isaiah 9:6)

 

"Therefore God exalted Him to the highest place and gave Him the name above all names,
that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth,
and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of the Father."
