Flashback Friday: Autumn Leaves

 

 

"Since you went away, the days grow long
And soon I'll hear old winter's song...
But I miss you most of all my darling,
When autumn leaves start to fall..."

This beautiful rendition of the classic pop-jazz standard,  "Autumn Leaves" 
sung by the smooth, incomparable vocals of the great Nat "King" Cole evokes
 bittersweet memories of the heart, especially with the passage of another 
 summer into fall this week, and on this last Friday of the month of September.
