The Mystery Of Counting The Omer

 

"The secret things belong unto the Lord our God, but the things
which are revealed belong to us and to our children forever,
that we may do all of the words of this law.
(Deuteronomy 29:29)

According to Leviticus 23, in the 50 days from Passover to Shavuot (Pentecost),
the Omer (Weeks) are counted.  Wondering what this is all about?
