"Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness,
for theirs is the kingdom of heaven."
(Matthew 5:10)
On this first Sunday in November, we remember and pray for our brothers
and sisters around the world whom often experience horrific persecution
for their faith in Jesus Christ. Nigerian believers have suffered some
of the most severe hardships due to the unchecked infiltration
of genocidal Islamic jihadists in their land.
Yet, their faith in the Lord remains unshakable.

"So far, our hope is in Him".
