This week Bible teacher Zola Levitt and Professor Gerald Schroeder
discuss the cooling of the earth and how the atmosphere changed
from translucent to transparent bringing visibility to the heavens. The sun and the moon and the stars could now be seen from earth. The Hebrew words for evening and morning, (order and chaos) reveal the progression of God's creation, and thus disprove the modern theory of random evolution.
"The thing that has been-it is what will be again,
and that which has been done is that which will be done again;
and there is nothing new under the sun."
Ecclesiastes 1:9
Coronavirus
I decided to write this post tonight after reading comments and hearing a lot of negative reaction to President Trump's news conference yesterday from those attempting to politicize the Coronavirus epidemic.
First of all, Donald Trump is not perfect. Who is?
He is also not a disease pathologist with the CDC or a miracle worker.
He is the President of the United States of America and at yesterday's
news conference he reiterated more than once that his greatest concern
was protecting the American people and keeping everyone safe
during this latest worldwide crisis. Regardless of what the news media or Nancy Pelosi has to say, I believe our president.
I ask that everyone reading this post to not only realize the enormous weight of responsibility this man carries daily on his shoulders, but to please pray for President Trump to receive the wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit in making important decisions for our nation.
I pray that the Lord will surround our president and his family and members of his administration with a legion of his mightiest warrior angels to protect and guard them from all the lies and schemes of the enemy and his minions, both human and spiritual. Amen.

The passage from the Book of Ecclesiastes above, "and there is
nothing new under the sun" should be a reality check for believers
in understanding the ongoing situation regarding the Coronavirus.
Pandemics have occurred throughout the course of human history.
In addition to the horrible Black Death which swept across Europe
and Asia in the mid-1300's, one of the most devastating plagues
of the last century was the dreaded Spanish Influenza of 1918-19.
