Delicious old-fashioned Gingerbread
Remembering of of my favorite authors on her birthday!

Author of the "Little House" book series
To celebrate the occasion, Laura enjoyed baking up a batch
of simple, old-fashioned gingerbread. She would bake some
for her husband Almanzo on his birthday too!
