PTC5 is a fast moving system which might soon become Hurricane Ernesto.
Let's hope this potential storm will not live up to his name which means,
"determined", "resolute", and "serious" and will be pushed back out to sea!
Meanwhile, there's a big temperature swing coming to the lower 48.
