The Anak were a fearsome tribe of giants who lived in the hill country within
the land of Canaan and whom many Biblical historians believe were cannibals.
Could the giants that lived in a Nevada cave system who menaced the American Indian
tribes that lived in the area actually have been the descendants of the biblical Anak?
I read Sara Winnemucca's account of these giants in the book,
"The Giants That Ruled America" by Richard Dewhurst.
