and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them, and they
shall plant vineyards and drink the wine thereof; they shall
make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.
And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more
be pulled up out of their land which I have given them,

pagan sojourners in the Promised Land have any claim to that land whatever,
shows at lack of biblical grasp. One of the central pillars of the Old and New
Testament revelation is the presence of the chosen people in the land
God gave them. The ultimate destiny of the land of Israel in Scripture
is that it will host the Millennium, the 1,000 year reign of Jesus Christ,
the Bridegroom of the Church and the King of the Jews.
For any other people to control this particular land after
Jewish restoration is biblically impossible."
