I truly believe that the only Person who can save our nation is God. We have seen the shocking betrayal of our Republic and for which it stands from both sides of the political aisle and in the Supreme Court. We have witnessed massive fraud in the recent political election. The news media has been bought and sold to protect and to promote the diabolical agenda of the political Far Left, and can no longer be trusted to be the voice of the American people. It has been further utilized to instill a climate of fear and anxiety in wake of the devastating Communist Chinese Virus, a.k.a. COVID-19, across our land.
From the very beginning of our Republic, there has been a concerted effort through various people and secret organizations to undermine the greatest experiment of liberty and justice the world has ever known, called America. It seems as if the persistence by these groups in ruining everything good and right about our nation is finally succeeding, yet, will those who consider themselves patriotic Americans, regardless of race, religion, politics, or economic status, succumb to this tyranny, or will we rise up and fight to preserve our freedom and the freedom of our children and grandchildren?
The American Revolution was fought primarily by farmers and blacksmiths. They were up against the disciplined Red Coat armies of the British Empire, and yet, these ordinary people had an extraordinary commander-in-chief, the future first President George Washington, who led them to a stunning victory over the forces of the Crown.
Although George Washington was at first reluctant to be the Commander in charge of a rag-tag bunch of untrained civilian volunteers, and, despite the lies liberal revisionists like to tell about him being a "deist" George was a prayer warrior. He believed, as I do, that with God's help all things are possible. And he was right. Even Benjamin Franklin, also considered a "deist" by the political Left, once declared, "I have lived, Sir, a long time and the longer I live, the more convincing proofs I see of this truth...that God governs in the affairs of men. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it probable that an empire can rise without His aid?"
I believe this is the real reason why God allowed an ordinary, yet highly successful businessman named Donald John Trump to become our nation's leader in 2016. The name, "Donald" means, "world warrior". And his middle name, "John" means, "God's grace". Despite our nation's obvious and grievous sins in His sight, God heard and answered the prayers of His people here in America on Election Night 2016. He answered our prayers by placing in the White House a man with a brash, and often larger-than-life personality, but also a man who loves Him, and who believes in the exceptionalism of America and her people.
God also knew He needed someone too, who could withstand all the vicious slings and arrows of Satan via the enemies of the American people, and especially, the domestic ones! I feel a weaker willed person would have resigned by now.
Not so, Donald John Trump.
Our president's maternal ancestry is Scottish, the same indomitable-spirited people from which came their die-hard national hero, William "Braveheart" Wallace. Like Wallace, the same fiery intestinal fortitude, or what we common folks call, "guts" is what makes Donald Trump a force to be reckoned with, both in the political cesspool of Washington DC, and throughout the world. The leaders of other nations hate and resent the fact that he will not play their corroded version of "Let's Make A Deal" with the rest of the self-important movers and shakers of the world, unless, of course, it is conducted on his own terms!
This is because I believe President Trump is truly concerned in safeguarding the best interests of America and her people. We saw this just recently with his demand that the COVID-relief stimulus checks be increased from $600 to $2000 per person. And look who stood against his efforts. None other than the duplicitous Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell! (R-KY). $2000 is mere pocket change for someone like him!
And yet, Donald Trump, like President John Kennedy before him, has never even taken a paycheck! May God bless and keep our President Donald John Trump.
