Hooray! It's snowing today!
Here in southern New Jersey we are experiencing our
first snowfall of the year-not to mention our first named
winter storm-Benji!
This historic snowstorm has knocked out power to over 300,000 homes
and businesses across the South. Even the Panhandle of Florida saw a few snowflakes!
Here in the Mid-Atlantic, we are expected to receive about 4 to 6 inches of snow this weekend.
As soon as I heard that this nor'easter of sorts was named "Benji"
all I could think of was the cute little dog star of the movies!

I know that snow is considered burdensome for some people,
however, after too many years of Christmas being wet and dreary with rain,
or too warm, with temperatures more like spring than wintertime,
I'm truly hoping and dreaming to have a beautiful White Christmas
with lots and lots of snow!
