Is The Ark Of The Covenant Beneath The Temple Mount?

"But inside beyond the second curtain or veil, there
stood another tabernacle division known as the Holy of Holies.
It had the golden altar of incense, and the ark of the covenant,
covered over with wrought gold. This ark contained a golden jar
which held the manna and the rod of Aaron that sprouted
and the two stone slabs of the covenant bearing
the Ten Commandments."
Hebrew 9:3-4

In this recent report from CBN,  author/researcher Harry Moskoff
took reporter Chris Mitchell on a tour through the Western Wall
tunnels, up the ramparts of the Temple Mount, and into the chambers
surrounding Judaism's holiest site.

This is an interesting subject which has always intrigued me.
For centuries, the location of the Ark of the Covenant has been one
of the world's greatest unsolved mysteries, challenging both secular
and biblical archaeologists and scholars for centuries, and a subject
of fascination for the Hollywood film industry as well.
One of my favorite action/adventure movies,
"Raiders Of The Lost Ark" pits the forces of good against the forces
of evil in the discovery of the Ark of the Covenant by the Nazis.

Although researchers throughout the centuries have placed the
location of the Ark in places as diverse as Ethiopia and Ireland,
I personally have long believed that the location of the
the famous Ark might indeed lie concealed within the cool,
quiet depths of stone beneath the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
